One of the first things a customer will notice when coming into your business is the cleanliness of your facility. The floors can say a lot about how you care for your image. HFM offers floor care solutions from stripping and waxing, to grout scrubbing.

Typical floor shine becomes diminished through wear and tear, wrong chemicals used in mopping of the floor and age of the finish. Stripping of the old finish off your floor will help to remove the deep, set-in stains and yellowing of old wax. After the removal of the old wax a sealer and new wax are applied. This will restore the deep rich shine back to your floor.

We also offer maintenance packages to maintain the shine. By having HFM high-speed buff your floor you can extend the beauty of the finish. High-speed buffing can remove scratches and wear marks and bring the glow of the floor back.

HFM can also maintain your ceramic tile. The grout line will capture dirt from simple traffic flow over it as well as standard floor mopping. Dirt builds up and begins to discolor the grout. With regular scrubbing and occasional deep cleaning of the grout lines your ceramic tile will look sensational.

VCT TILE

Complete stripping of old wax down to the vinyl tile. During the stripping procedure, stains, dirt and small scratches are removed. After stripping, a sealer is laid down, usually two coats. After sealer has dried 2 to 5 coats of wax are applied, depending on customer's specification.
Routine cleaning of wax floors include partial removal of top layer of wax to remove dirt and scathing. After the top layers are removed, new wax is applied to restore new look.
Interim maintenance on wax or acrylic finish floors can be done with a high-speed burnishing machine. This is recommended for floors that are not heavily soiled but have lost their shine and luster after high volume foot traffic or regular mopping. The burnishing polishes the floor and restores shine.

CERAMIC TILE

Machine scrubbing of ceramic tile floor helps to remove imbedded dirt that standard mopping leaves behind. A grout cleaning solution is applied to remove stubborn dirt and buildup in the grout lines. Regularly scheduled scrubbings help to maintain clean grout lines and new looking tiles.
